While lofts have been very popular on the East Coast for several years, the lofts are relatively new to the phoenix metropolitan area. Since 2000, several loft projects are developed and can be seen throughout the valley horizon. Lofts is a growing niche in the housing market and can offer an attractive alternative to more traditional housing options that we have been limited in the past.
